DOUBLES GUIDELINES

1. To ensure that you are scheduled for a match you must register 72 hours in advance.
2. The Match Coordinator will do his/her best to schedule you for a match,
but if there are not enough players that match will be put on hold.
If, at the time of the match, it has still not been filled, it will be cancelled.
3. If you want to register to play a match after the 72 hour deadline,
you will be scheduled if there is a slot open.
4. As much as possible players will be matched up against players of similar ability.
5. We strongly encourage players to play with different
partners but this is not a requirement .
6. If you don’t have enough players for a scheduled match,
please use the substitute list to get a player for your match.
If this fails, please notify the match coordinator and the other players involved.
7. Only members of the Association will be allowed to participate in these events.
The only exception will be for first-time players
who want to try it out for a week before joining.
